About Us

Anthony Sytko is a New Jersey estate planning attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what they’ve built. With more than 15 years of practice, he approaches every engagement with care, precision, and a belief that no two estate plans should look alike.

Anthony received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey. During law school, he received the Runner-Up Best Oral Advocate in the Gressman Moot Court Competition.

Anthony is licensed to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is also a co-host of a podcast called Capes on the Couch focused on de-stigmatizing conversations around mental health. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys obstacle course racing, distance running, and playing roller hockey. He lives in Garwood with his two children.
